ORDERS

How far in advance should I order?

Everyday Bakes: Order by 11am for same-day pickup / delivery after 2pm 
Cupcakes & Loaves: Order by 11am for same-day pickup / delivery after 2pm

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. All of our cakes are available for delivery within the Klang Valley area from Mondays – Sundays,

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our pick-up point which is our flagship cafe in Damansara Heights to the delivery location. The delivery charges displayed on your order summary is inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax. 

Do your cakes come with candles/knife/happy birthday sign?

We provide candles and a knife upon request. Happy birthday signs – we have lasercut signs at RM18.00, we also would be more than happy to pipe a custom message (limited to 40 characters) on a piece of chocolate block at RM7.50+ (6 inch) and RM9.50+ (9 inch).

How are your cakes packaged?

Our cakes are packaged in a brown kraft paper box, and our cupcakes are packed in a brown cardboard box. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we do not have large carrier bags available. The cake / cupcake box is tied with a silk ribbon for you to carry, or may we suggest that you bring along a large paper bag or recyclable bag from home!

I have a last-minute event and I need a cake – do you have a whole cake instore available for purchase?

We sell cakes by the slice in our cafes – if you’re early enough, you may get the entire cake, however some cakes may not be dressed up (eg: Awesome Blackout without any chocolate shavings). To avoid disappointment, it’s best to place an order at least 1 day in advance.

Are your baked goods halal?

Our baked goods are made with premium ingredients that are pork-free and alcohol-free.

I have food allergies. Do you make anything wheat/dairy/nut free?

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, dairy and nuts are present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts or dairy.

Do you have gluten free cakes?

Yes, we do. We have a Gluten Free section you can look at here

Do you have any egg-free bakes?

Unfortunately, we use eggs in almost all of our bakes.

How long can my cake(s) last?

CAKES, CUPCAKES & LOAVES WITH ICING 

  • Consume within 3 days of delivery / collection
  • Keep chilled, wait 10 mins to consume after removing from chiller

CAKES, CUPCAKES & LOAVES WITHOUT ICING

  • Consume within within 5 days of delivery / collection
  • Store in room temperature (refrigerating will dry it out)

How many people do your cakes serve?

  • 6 inch round – 6 to 8 persons
  • 9 inch round – 10 to 12 persons

SEMI-CUSTOM CAKES

Kindly note that our craft is in a certain style of cakes, thus we are able to semicustom cakes but we are not able to accord a carte blanche to customers on the cake design. Our semi-custom cakes can be naked / semi-naked / buttercream. We do not specialise in novelty, fondant or 3D cakes. For semi-custom cake orders, please email [email protected]

Can I vary the colour / shape of a particular cake?

This is on a case-by-case basis and depends on the complexity of the colour / shape. Customisation will incur an additional fee.

Are you able to bake cakes / cupcakes in customized flavours?

Not at the moment. We are, however, able to custom the colors of the buttercream frosting - simply provide us with a photo reference or Pantone to try to match.

Do you do custom cake designs?

We can create semi-custom cakes really well, and you may choose from these styles: naked / semi-naked / buttercream. We do not specialise in novelty, fondant or 3D cakes. 

Can you do a tiered cake for my birthday / wedding?

Of course! We love to bake 2- to 3-tier cakes – please drop us an email and share your design ideas with us at [email protected].

How far in advance should I order a Semi-Custom Cake?

We typically require at least 1 week order in advance. Should you wish to place an order for a semi-custom orders with less than a week's notice, we will need to check with our Head Baker if we are able to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel a semi-custom cake order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any semi-custom cake order cancellations as the design / colour is specially made and customized to your preference.

ORDER CHANGES

How can I make any changes to my order? 

Any changes in your order must be submitted in writing to [email protected] more than 24 hours of collection date. We are not able to make any changes made less than 24 hours prior to collection / delivery date. 

CANCELLATIONS

How can I cancel my order?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] more than 24 hours of collection date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to collection date is subject to a non-refundable deposit.

Can I cancel a custom cake order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any custom cake order cancellations as the design / colour is specially made and customized to your preference.
In the event that you are unable to collect your custom cake order, refunds or exchanges will not be granted.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after accepting your cake.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our café. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
